Nordplus intensive week in Oslo

//I am back from my awesome trip! Nordplus organized an intensive week for students who study to become teachers. It took place in Oslo, Norway. Me and my friend Marina were representing Estonia. There were also students from Norway, Denmark, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. The whole point of the program was to learn about differences between Scandinavian and Baltic countries. This year's topic was inclusion - multicultural classrooms and also students with special need.//

//Like the name of the course says it was intensive course! We had full schedule for each day. But eventhough it was so full, I had so much fun! First of all, I got so many new friends from all these mentioned countries. I learnt so much new about school systems and teaching methods in different countries. We also visited a school in Oslo. And of course I got to practice my English because this all course was in English. Every day we had breakfast, lunch and dinner that was organized by Nordplus. Dinners were always in different restaurants! :) So nice!
We also had some tours in the city of Oslo, visited Opera house, saw old bulidings in Oslo, walked in the shopping street, took a lot of photos and so on. It was all so well organized and I really enjoyed the trip!//

Storytelling in classroom - awesome method for learning!

On our way to the restaurant :)
Our group's poster about the school we visited!

//The only negative thing was bread. In Norway they eat a lot of bread and sandwiches. So, for breakfast we had sandwiches and tea. For lunch we also had some kind of sandwich.. So, we had to eat a lot of white bread. Too much for me! Fortunately at dinners we had something else :D Dinners were actually very good and interesting! I got to eat raindeer, a lamb's head, white fish, chicken, and traditional foods of Lithuania, Denmark, Latvia, Finland and Norway. I enjoyed them all, except the lamb. //

//I will write about travelling by plane some other time. I have actually so much more to say! //
