Fun times :)

Last weekend was so great because Jay didn't have to go to work on Saturday. So, on Friday he went out with his friend and when he came home early morning I woke up too. Neither of us were tired, so we just chatted and laughed and just had so much fun :) I enjoyed that early morning with my hubbies company a lot! Finally we fell asleep. In the morning I made banana bread and went to the food shop.When I got back Jay woke up as well. We had agreed that he'll make a dinner. He went to the easiest way and bought frozen pizza and baked it in the oven. It was very good! And I just liked the fact that I didn't have to cook :) The same evening we went to the cinema to see Dracula. It was such a good movie! When we walked back from the movies we laughed again so much and had such a nice time together! I think it was one of the best days together in a while. He's been working so much and he has weekends off very seldom. Luckily upcoming Saturday he's off again and we are planning on going to the cinema again :)

On Sunday my sister Anni-Brit came to visit us. So, in the morning I made banana cake. I asked dad over too so there would be more people to eat that cake :D Anni and I went to the shops, watched a movie (A Single Moms Club) and just caught up on each others lives. She's going back to Estonia on Thursday morning.

The weather has been pretty changing. Saturday was super sunny but cold. Sunday was not cold but so rainy. And Monday and Tuesday were cold, but cloudy. Today actually even snowed a bit. Because the weather has mostly been cold I have been eager to bake :D Halloween is coming closer and at work we are preparing for our Halloween party (doing decorations, planning activities ect). My friend from work found canned pumpkin puree (we were all looking for it everywhere, but couldn't find). But she found it and I asked her to buy me two cans. I had never had any pumpkin sweets (pumpkin pie or pumpkin cookies..). Yesterday when I got the puree I knew that when I got home I would make something. I made pumpkin cookies with chocolate chips. They were sooooo delicious! Recipe will be up soon as well :) I never thought they could taste SO good! I am definitely addicted and I have a new favorite thing to bake now!

Over all these past few days have been so much fun and I have been enjoying my time with Johannes and my sister!

These happy summer days..

I cannot believe that my summer holiday is slowly but surely going to end... I'll go back to work on 30th July. But I know that summer and hopefully good weather are going to continue! :)

When we came back from our 4-days trip in Estonia my sister came to my place and so we enjoyed few days together. We went to zumba together and she loved it as much as I did :) We also had long walks, went to pick blueberries (it was my second time this summer) and we cooked good food! She went back to Estonia on Wednesday. I went to Estonia the next day. I had doctor's appointment in Tallinn. I was really sure whether to go or not, but I decided to go because health is so important. But came out that everything was okay (my throat was the problem why I went in first place..). Since I was in Tallinn for a day I tried to do other "important" things. I copied my diploma that I need to send to the Board of Education in Finland. I also had delicious smoothie (from Coca Cola Plaza), went to the shops and had lunch at Lido. I took a book with me so whenever I was bored I just sat somewhere and read :) I was reading "Before I Fall" by Lauren Oliver. It was such a great book!!!!!!!! I am so sad that I read it through. I just love reading good books!

I bought super yum milk custard from Estonia and I ate it with  fresh strweberry jam that I made! Delicious summer dessert!

Anyway, yesterday and today I have mainly been at home, reading. :D Actually I have been riding my new bike, as well. Yes, I have a new bicycle :D I am super happy! My dad bought it for me as a graduation gift. I love the bike. It's called Raleigh and it's perfect! My white horse :D

Today I went to the outdoor swimming place, sunbathed for a while (and read a book) and then later I went to the shop to buy peas. Oh how I love peas! I have been buying them so much this summer :D I can't get enough! And to end my day perfectly, I went swimming with dad to the near by lake. The water was sooo warm! We are going again tomorrow :)

days for relaxion

Tulin üleeile Kohilasse ema juurde. Plaanis oli siin õppida natuke soome keelt ning tegeleda ka natuke magistritööga. Kuid otsustasin, et neljapäeval ja reedel naudin lihtsalt vabu päevi. Siia saabudes rääkisime emaga õhtul väga pikalt juttu...polnud ju ammu näinud. Reedel läksin aga hoopis õe juurde, kuid enne seda tegin hommikul joogat! Oi kui mõnus tunne oli kohe! Vanaema juures Viimsis pole eriti palju vaba ruumi, et seda teha. Nüüd ema juures aga sain jälle joogat nautida. 

Õe juurde läksin eelkõige seetõttu, et igatsesin enda lemmikut õepoega! Küll temaga oli vahva. Näitasin talle aias enda hundiratta oskusi ja tema tahtis kohe järgi teha. Aga no loomulikult 1,5 aastane ei oska. Lubasin talle, et küll tal kunagi tuleb paremini välja ;) Üleüldse oli õe juures tore. Saime ka pikalt lobiseda ning ta küpsetas mustika-kohupiimakooki ka :)

Tänase päeva plaanisin veeta õppides. Õnneks ema läks linna, nii et sain üksi olla.. tegelesingi terve päeva soome keele verbide pööramisega lihtminevikku ning siis nimisõnade käänamisega mitmuse erinevatesse käänetesse. Päris hea oli endale asja selgemaks teha ning harjutada. Homme läheb ema jälle linna - SEB Sügisjooksule. Siis saangi mõnusalt jälle üksi olla ja natuke magistritööga tegeleda. Suve jooksul on nii palju ära ununenud. Tuleb taas end õigele lainele saada!

Ema peaks iga hetk koju jõudma ning siis meil on plaan koos filmi vaadata. Filmiks on "9 ja pool nädalat". Ta mingi aeg tahtis, et ma selle talle tõmbaks. Ja ta vaatas ära ka, kuid nüüd tahab koos vaadata, et ma talle seal mõndasid kohti tõlgiks ja seletaks.

//I came to the Kohila to my mom's place for the weekend. I planned to study here, visit my sister and her little son and just rest and spend time with my family. Everything I planned I have been able to do :) Today I studied Finnish and now I am going to have a dinne with mom and later we'll watch a movie!//

Oeh, pilte ma eriti teinud pole ja midagi eriti huvitavat pole ka toimunud. Eile sain teate, et mu ID-kaart on valmis (passi sain juba kätte), nii et lähen sellele esmaspäeval järele. Oslo reis on ka lähenemas ning ma nii ootan seda! Sain teada, et pühapäev on meil seal Oslos täitsa vaba, nimelt meie saabume hommikul, kuid kõik teised alles õhtul. Mõnus!

Sel teisipäeval pärast soome keelt lähen Soome! Jeee! Ma juba nii ootan! Musi on mul kodus tubli ka olnud.. eile käis poodides ja ostis meile igasse tuppa rulood ära...ja pani üles ka :) 

Ma juba nii igatsen enda kodu ja oma kallist abikaasat (nii meeldib see sõna!). 

Ilmad on muidugi väga ilusaks läinud, aga mina ei võtnud Eestisse üldse õhukesi riideid kaasa.. aga kaua need ilusad ilmad ikka enam püsivad, eks?!
