a cup of peach tea :)

I got a letter from Rebecca yesterday. I am so glad we still keep in touch. I think of these three days we spent together in Tallinn a lot! We had soo much fun! I am glad I got a new very awesome freind! So, I got a letter from her yesterday which was totally surprising..I didn't know she was sending one. But it was a great surprise! With the long letter she also sent me three tea bags that are her favorite! So, when I woke up today morning it was sunny and surely I needed a good breakfast. So, I had one of the teas she sent me (Perfect Peach herb tea - one of her favorite!). It really was sooo good! I love peach tea! Here we don't have these brands she sent me, so I am very glad I am able to try the ones she has in USA. I especially like that the tea I was drinking today didn't have any caffeine in it. It means it's okay if you drink it before going to bed because you can still sleep well! Awesome! Who knows me better knows that I love tea!!! :) Surely Rebecca knows me. We just talked sooo much in these 3 days and we really have a lot in common! I am going to send her a letter tomorrow with a little extra in there :)

life is beautiful

Life is beautiful. And life helds beautiful things for us!

I am truly happy that I have so wonderful man in my life! There ain't a better one for me!

When Jay left back to Finland tonight I was so sad. Like always. But like always he called me when he was in a boat and we talked for an hour. I know it sounds crazy because we spent days together and we got to talk so much. But seems we just have so much to talk! We really talked a lot of important things.. our plans. I am so excited about everything because I know it'll go just the way we want. I just hope everything we want will happen as soon as we want. I think we both need a little change. We need things to get steady and stable. We need each other every day! 

Anyway, I put this cheerful photo here because it's so bright and colorful and it helds so many hopes and dreams. I cannot wait till summer. But there are more things to wait for in between - next Thursday for a start. I am going to Finland for a week then! I also wait spring, sunny weather, my birthday, and lots of things. Mostly I just want to be with Jay and I hope our dreams will come true together!

My fiance is not a big fan of different traditions. It's a bummer because I am the opposite - I love traditions because I think that if we follow these our life is much more interesting! I love Christmases, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Easters...and of course Women Day! :) Even though Jay is not a huge fan of these he still celebrates them with me. He just knows how much it means to me! And I really appreciate it! 

So, today he surprised me with red and purple tulips!!!! Purple is my favorite color and tulips are my favorite flowers. But I have never had purple tulips before. Jay just knows me so well!!! He also got me lots of sweets (again he knows me too well...I am his shocoholic!). He was also kind enough to go to the movies to watch a romantic drama with me. We watched "Upside down". I discovered this movie today evening and thought it would be nice to see it. So, we went to the cinema. Jay surly wasn't very impressed by it, but I quite enjoyed the movie. I hadn't seen a true romantic story for a while.

Now Jay and I decided we both get our own things done and by 10pm we are both in the bed watching tv. He's in his laptop playing some games right now and I am blogging. I also need to brush my teeth and check my email before I am ready to tune everything out and have some quality tv watching with Jay :)

Women, it's our day!

Sun is shining and snow is melting. I can taste spring in the air! Lovely! It's Women Day today! I hope all men are spoiling their wives/girlfriends today! 

I am home alone right now. Jay went to meet his dad and I am waiting Amanda. She's a stundent in 2nd grade and I give her private lessons every Friday.

It has been so great when Jay has been home. We haven't done anything special yet. We wanted to go to the movies, but there just isn't anythin interesting. Where are all good movies??

Anyway, we have still had such a great time together! The other day Jay bought me yellow tulips! I love these! I have been cooking every evening and yesterday we played Scrabble. We might be playing it tonight again.

I really hope today is going to be a wonderful day :)

It's such a good day! It's cold, but sky is clear and it's Monday. It means Jay comes home tomorrow. Right now everything is so good.. Jay woke my up 7.15am today morning, he was walking home from work. We talked about 40 minutes. Even though I didn't have to wait until 8.50am, I decided to get out of the bed and enjoy the morning. I had a nice breakfast, watched morning news and spent some time on the Internet. 

When Jay comes home we want to do something fun :) We haven't been to the movies for a while together, so we might go see a new movie :) I can't wait to hung out with my fiance!!!

It snowed soo much last night. It's really white otuside At least the snow is very soft and pretty. But I still want it to melt. Lol. It was so good to wake up today because I knew I didn't have to go anywhere. So, I slowly woke up and got myself out of the bed. Then I had a slice of my mom's bread for breakfast with tea. After that I decided to do some university stuff and then I read few articles. Since I had no milk at home, I went to the shop close to my apartment. I was also testing my new boots out in the snow :D They worked so well in that coldness and snow! (oh yeah, it's pretty cold outside!). So, I ended up buying milk, tomatoes and a pack of cashews. At home I made porridge for lunch. Then I read a book. Later I danced, did some workout, took a shower and then I read little fairtytale book that Jay bought me from Finaland :) It's a good way to practice Finnish and improve my Finnish vocabulary. 

I am thinking of Tuesday non-stop because I want Jay to come home already!!! 

I hope tomorrow goes quickly! I am waiting...

It's 9pm. I am already in my PJ (Jay's old T-shirt) and I am wearing these comfy socks that my besty Ana Elisa sent me for Christmas. From Mexico :) I think it's always so special to wear or use something that is from across the world! I actually got a package from Elisa today too! A Valetine's Day gift :) She sent me bunch of Mexican sweets! 

I met mom in the Viru Shopping Center yesterday. We shopped a little bit. After that we had some donuts and went to the movies. We watched a movie Safe Haven that is made from Nicholas Sparks' book. I have read the book and I love it. The movie was very great too! Quite a bit different from the book... I am glad I read the book first because I had a better view of things that I thought were pretty neccesery to know. But yeah, overall the movie was very interesting and good! I also very liked the actors there!;)

Mom and I visited my greataunt's daughter's  little baby today. She's sooo cute! 

I first planned to stay overnight in Kohila tonight too, because there's Estonian Song Final today and I wanted to watch it with mom and others. But mom said she's going to her friend's birthday party and dad was in Finland and my younger sis wasn't home either. So, I decided to go back to Tallinn, to my apartment. 

I made myself a good dinner and then I was watching some youtube videos. After that I read some blogs, listened to music, danced, did some workout and now I am blogging and getting ready to watch Estonian Song Final. Jay should come to skype soon to talk before he's going to work. I cannot wait till Tuesday when he comes home! I miss him!

By the way, my dream about spring is crashed! It started snowing today :/ Well, I know it'll eventually melt, but I cannot waiiitttt!!! I want sun and green grass and tulips and strawberries! Oh yeah! I'm craving for strawberries! I think I need to go to the foodshop tomorrow to buy different fruits!

But now I am going to the bed to watch TV, have some orange for latenight snack and to wait till Jay comes to skype:)

If it was sunny in the morning and afternoon then now the sun is hiding itself behind the clouds. But it's okay. It still looks nice and feels like spring is so much closer! I cannot wait to have lots of tuplis and daffodils in the vase. I haven't had daffodils for years I think. Daffodils and tulips are my favorite flowers! :)

Demi's new song Heart Attack came out few days ago. I really like it :) I've been listening to it none-stop! 

Tomorrow's Estonian Song Final. I don't know who I am going to vote for, but I am glad I'm at my parents' house tomorrow night because we always watch it together, bake something good and have such a fun time. Like Jay says: we are like an Italian family - we talk a lot! :D

Mom just called. She's in Tallinn, so I will go meet her now :)

It's March!!!!! (:

It's 10.40am. I woke up, made myself a porridge for breakfast and came to my laptop. As I was on facebook I saw many updates about March - the first spring month! I am very excited. I love spring so much! If I see the first green grass I wanna sing of the joy. The best feeling is when I wake up in the morning and the sun is shining!!! I felt the warm windbreeze the other day! I am sure it was spring breeze! :)

Since I have this spring excitement and feeling inside of me, I have been making a really good "Early spring" salad every day for lunch! It's made of boiled egg, canned tunafish, avocado, cherry tomatoes and cottage cheese. The texture of it isn't the pretties, but trust me the taste IS ! 

Salad is almost ready. It just needs a little mixing.

And now the salad is ready to be eaten! So delicious!

It's so good it is Friday today. It means no university, and just time for myself! I actually will teach a little girl for 1,5 hours today. And after that I will meet my mom in Viru shopping center and we'll go shopping, to the cinema and then to Kohila. I cannot wait to hung out with mom and just relax! I also cannot wait to see Bonnie and the cats! :) I miss them all!!! Tonight will be a good night because Bonnie will sleep in my bed! I love my dog sooooo much!

We will go to visit little Grittel tomorrow. Then I can give her the little socks I made for her (not that she really understands who I am or what I am giving her.LOL).

Well, I am happy to see right now that the sun is shining again and the sky is blue. I cannot wait till the snow is melted and the spring is finally here!
